Chris plays an active role in helping business owners identify and implement solutions to various challenges facing their businesses.
As a valuation services professional and expert witness, Chris has helped many clients. His strengths include his experience with mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and estate and gift taxes, among others.
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Missouri Society of CPAs, Illinois CPA Society, Iowa Society of CPAs, St. Louis Chapter of ASA, the Business Valuation Roundtable, and a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Chris is a graduate of Truman State University and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
