Jeanette Bax-Kurtz is responsible for the financial reporting, electronic transmission, cost certification, budgeting, tax reporting and organizational consulting for the real estate and not-for-profit industries. Her expertise in these types of services has been instrumental in assisting many owners, directors, trustees, government agencies and legal consultants in solving their challenges. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit and real estate environment and has been a frequent lecturer and implementer of new regulatory and audit guidelines.

She shares her knowledge and expertise with the MPP&W team where she oversees MPP&Ws quality control efforts and serves as a vital member of the audit committee.

She has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Jeanette is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, Missouri and Nebraska and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Municipal League, National Association for Female Executives, National Center for Employee Ownership, Profit Sharing 401(k) Council of America and Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, and AGA Advancing Government Accountability. On a national level, she is a member of the Not for Profit Committee for PFK North American Network, an association of more than 96 independent CPA firms.  She is an active member of numerous professional, civic and charitable organizations, and also serves on many not-for-profit boards and councils.

Jeanette is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she earned a degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Mathematics.
